End of Term

It is so sad that it's end of term. I have started to pack my trunk. How come it all fit when I arrived? Oh well ...

I do look forward to summer camp, though, and hope to meet up with some of my new friends.

Sadly, the parcel I sent to StrangeCat met up with an accident and the handle broke off the teapot. I was very upset about it, but she said she could easily repair it. She has been so busy, she's only been able to send me a PM to say she's received it.

I guess I'd better search around for any other things I may have left in the common room.

Oh, how horrible!!!! (About the teapot, that is...) I'd have been dreadfully upset, as well. I'm looking forward to seeing you at summer camp, most definitely! :D

Harmony needles: Size 3 metric DPN, and size 3 metric circular to do 2 socks at one time. Size 0, 16-inch circular x2 for doing 2 socks at one time.

For snacking - almonds (smokehouse or just slightly salted, or honey roasted), goldfish, and raisins. My new sweet favorite - Surf Sweets Fruity Bears and Wonka Gummies (no color dyes!)- YUM!

Fabric needle case for DPNs and/or circulars. (I really am itching to make that Marauder's Map case, but haven't figured out how.)

Earl Gray and Peppermint Tea (decaf only, please)

I collect little black bears ... well, any bears for that matter. I like their faces.

Allergies

Because two of our six family members are allergic to cats, we try very hard to keep all things cat away from them. One is also highly allergic to grass which has gone to seed ... but I don't think we need to worry about that here.

I am personally allergic to smoke my skin is sensitive to some wools. Highly sensitive to the over-sweet smell of vanilla products. I'm finding acrylics like Red Heart are eating at my hands, too. I'm trying to use up my scraps and not have them around. I think I'm becoming a yarn snob ...

Poor hubby is allergic to kiwi sap ... yup ... you read it correctly. He can eat kiwi, but can't be anywhere near the bush/tree!
